The service
ClubCard Golf lets golf clubs run tournaments and lets players score those tournaments on an iPhone, including with no cell signal. The iPhone app is a scoring companion. The website is the organizer console.
Accounts
You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for the account you create and for the scores entered under it. You can delete the account from the app or the website; see the privacy policy.
Club fees and side games — not in-app purchases
Entry fees and contest buy-ins (skins, closest to the pin, and the like) are money a club collects in the real world — in the clubhouse, by check, or by whatever method that club already uses. ClubCard Golf does not take payment, does not process cards, and does not unlock features when someone pays. Apple is not a sponsor of any club contest and is not involved in collecting or paying out those amounts.
Informal club skins and closest-to-the-pin pots are club recreation, not a casino, sportsbook, or lottery operated by this app. If a contest would be illegal where you play, do not run it.
Acceptable use
Do not enter scores you know are false to manipulate a result. Do not use the service to harass other players. Club administrators decide who is in their club and their field.
